Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, and toss lightly.
Shape into cakes; roll in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot fat or stuff in baking shells.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
