Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pasta shells (medium shell noodles)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    2 c. spaghetti sauce (32 oz. jar)
    Ragu (Chunky Garden)
    1 can stewed tomatoes (1 lb.)
    1/2 lb. Provolone or Monterey Jack cheese
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    12 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add onion, garlic, spaghetti sauce and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
