Smith Island Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 1/2 c. water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 Tbsp. lemonade mix
1 small can pineapple, drained
1 small can mandarin oranges
1/2 pt. (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix pudding and water and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add gelatin and lemonade mix and cool slightly.
Add drained pineapple and orange slices, then add Cool Whip.
Pour into dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
