Crab Mornay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. half and half
1 c. chicken or fish stock
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/3 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. white wine (optional)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 egg yolks
3 ground onions, chopped
1 1/2 lb. crab meat
Preparation

Make white sauce of margarine, flour, half and half and stock. Add seasonings, parsley and green onions.
Cook until thick.
Add wine and cheese.
Stir until melted and smooth.
Add a little to beaten egg yolks; then combine sauce and yolks.
Cook 1 minute. Fold crab meat and cook 5 minutes.
