Microwave Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1/4 c. margarine
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Press excess moisture out of spinach.
Mix cream cheese, margarine and spinach together and cook for 4 minutes at Medium power.
Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
