Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    pecans (halves)
Preparation
    Beat egg white until foamy.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until stiff.
    Take fork and roll pecans in batter.
    Place on buttered cookie sheet.
    Bake in oven at 225\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
