Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. raisins
2 c. skim milk
1 (0.9 oz.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla-flavored instant pudding and pie filling mix
2 c. cooked rice, cooked without salt or fat
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Combine reserved juice and raisins in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Drain.
