No Knead Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 c. warm water
6 c. plain flour
1 c. shortening
3 pkg. dry yeast
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend together sugar and shortening; add hot water.
Dissolve yeast in warm water; add eggs, flour and salt.
Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
Stir down, cover up to 4 to 5 days.
Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness, cut with biscuit cutter and fold over and place on cookie sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Let rise until double and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
