Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) stewing chicken
    1 large pkg. medium noodles
    2 small cans mushrooms
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1 small can pimentos
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Reserve broth.
    Cool, bone and cut into bite size pieces.
    Saute mushrooms and add to chicken.
    Cook noodles in chicken broth.
    Cut pimentos into small pieces.
    Add chicken, mushrooms, noodles, pimentos, both soups and salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix together.
