The Green Eagle Dish With Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped spinach
    3 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion (you may use green onions)
    2 whole eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cook spinach until all water is gone.
    Add grease, salt and pepper.
    Stir in onion.
    Let spinach cook dry.
    Add eggs last.
