Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cauliflower, grated
    2 to 3 tsp. chopped onion
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 tsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Bring cauliflower, onion and celery to a boil in 2 cups water. Simmer until tender.
    Mix together flour, milk, salt and butter. Stir into cauliflower.
    Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly, adding more milk if it is too thick.
    Garnish with parsley and paprika.
