Freezer Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Combine cabbage, carrot and pepper in large bowl.
Add salt. Let stand for 1 hour.
Drain excess liquid.
Boil sugar, vinegar, water, mustard and celery seed.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Cool. Put into containers and freeze.
