Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Wrap ham in aluminum foil.
Place skin side down and start in a cold oven.
Bake 25 minutes per pound at 325\u00b0.
Before last hour of cooking, remove skin and excess fat.
Score and stick whole cloves in ham and rub with the mixture of flour, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar.
Return to oven and bake 1 hour.
