1 lb. dough
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
handful grated cheese
sprinkle of oregano, black pepper, olive oil, garlic powder
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pan, grease with Crisco. Spread dough evenly.
Coat oil on surface of dough.
Spoon Ricotta cheese all over dough.
Add Mozzarella cheese evenly.
Add grated cheese.
Sprinkle pepper, oregano and garlic powder to your taste. Bake in 425\u00b0 preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned.
