Hot Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    10 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Split each chicken wing in the joint and discard the tips. Deep fry at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until crispy.
    Drain the wings.
    Mix the melted butter, hot sauce, lemon juice and honey.
    Dip the wings in the sauce.
    Serve with celery sticks and Blue cheese dressing.
