Monterey Baked Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, cut in eighths
1 c. corn chips, crushed
Preparation

Saute meat with garlic and onion powders in a lightly greased skillet, about 10 minutes or until done.
Blend salt, Tabasco, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Add this mixture and remaining ingredients except corn chips to ground beef.
Turn mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole.
Top with corn chips.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
