Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. sour milk/buttermilk
2 c. banana pulp
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes, using a greased and floured tube pan.
