Broccoli Casserole #8 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 large bunch fresh broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Cook
    broccoli (frozen or fresh) for 5 minutes or until tender;
    drain well.
    Chop broccoli into small pieces; fold in the remaining
    ingredients.\t Put
    in
    buttered
    casserole. Sprinkle
    top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
