Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. potatoes, sliced thin
1 1/4 c. mushroom or celery soup
1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Layer potatoes in greased casserole dish.
Heat soup and stir in cheese.
Pour over potatoes. Bake about 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven, testing for doneness with a fork.
