Make-Ahead Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs, beaten
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    raisins (optional)
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Batter may be stored in refrigerator up to 8 weeks.
    Do not stir after refrigerated before baking.
