Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour (plain)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix butter, Crisco and sugar until smooth.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour batter into three greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
