Apricot Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. cooking oil
 
3 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
2 small jars apricot baby food
Preparation
- 
                            Combine oil and sugar; add eggs and fold in all other ingredients.
 
Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Check after cooking for 45 minutes. Varies in different ovens.
