Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. softened butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
5 ripe bananas (4 mashed and 1 chopped)
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, lemon and eggs.
In a separate bowl, sift together salt, flour, baking powder and soda. Combine bananas with sour cream and nuts in separate bowl. Combine the butter mixture with dry ingredients and add banana mixture.
Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
