Roasted Spareribs And Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium slab spareribs
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 small apple
    1 small onion
    1 large c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put ribs in roasting pan.
    Add sauerkraut.
    Cut apple and onion fine.
    Mix with sauerkraut.
    Put on top of slab of ribs. Add water over the ribs and kraut.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bake in oven for 2 hours at 325\u00b0 or until golden brown.
