Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, diced
2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. almonds, chopped (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 to 9 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 c. diced celery
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 pkg. frozen peas, cooked slightly
1/2 c. white wine (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic or mixed herbs
potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except chicken and eggs.
Add wine and herbs.
Then add chicken and eggs.
Top with crushed potato chips. Do not use potato chips until ready to bake.
Store in refrigerator before baking.
