Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 eggs, separated
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cook
    sugar, salt, cornstarch, flour, boiling water and egg yolks
    in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Just before
    it\tis
    thick, add 1/4 cup lemon juice and grated rind. Pour
    into\tbaked pie crust.
    Beat egg whites, adding 2 tablespoons sugar
    for
    each egg white.
    Place meringue on pie filling and brown in oven at 350\u00b0.
