Cabbage With Caraway - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1 tsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. chicken consomme or 1 tsp. chicken instant bouillon dissolved in 1/2 c. water
salt to taste if prefer
caraway seed
Preparation

Remove major section of core from the cabbage.
Leave just enough to hold the head together.
Slice the head into wedges about 1 1/2-inches thick.
