Williamsburg Cheese And Olive Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    3/4 c. flour
    36 to 40 small stuffed green olives, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0, 10 minutes before cheese balls are to go in.
    Grate cheese and allow to soften at room temperature. Combine cheese, butter and paprika.
    Mix well into flour by hand until pieces of cheese disappear and mixture is smooth.
    Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
    Take about 1 teaspoon of dough and flatten to 1 1/2-inch circle.
    Place a well drained olive in center of dough and bring edges together.
    Roll gently between palms.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Chill 10 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve hot.
