Pfeffernuesse Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. finely crumbled anise seed
    3 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
    peppermints
Preparation
    Combine egg white, honey and anise seed in bowl.
    Gradually add sugar, beating after each addition with electric mixer.
    Place 12 to 14 peppermints in bowl, coat all sides and place on wire rack.
