Quick One Egg Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Coat an 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray or shortening.
Sift any dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Add oil.
Add egg beaten with milk and vanilla. Beat well by hand 1 minute.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
