Blueberry Flummery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. blueberries (or other berries)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. tapioca
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Place about 1/3 of the fruit at a time in an electric blender. Blend until smooth.
    Combine fruit, lemon juice, water, sugar and tapioca in a saucepan.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cinnamon.
    Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream.
