Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 potatoes
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 medium onion
    1 stalk celery
    1 carton half and half
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Dice onions, potatoes and celery.
    Combine the potatoes, celery, onions and bouillon cubes in a 4-quart pan and cover with water.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    When tender, add half and half, salt and pepper.
    Do not let soup boil after adding half and half.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Finally, enjoy!
