Corn And Sausage Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. coarsely broken crackers
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. link sausage
Preparation

Combine creamed corn, green pepper and onion.
Place half the mixture in bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2-inch buttered baking dish. Sprinkle 3/4 cup coarsely broken crackers over corn.
Add remaining corn.
Top with 3/4 cup crackers.
Mix milk, salt and black pepper.
Pour over corn mixture. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes. Brown sausage links. Serve on top of baked corn.
