Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 doz. eggs
1 1/4 lb. candied cherries
1 1/4 lb. candied pineapple
1 1/4 lb. pecans
1 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. almond
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar real well, then add 1 egg at a time, unbeaten.
Take pecans and 1 cup of flour to flour fruit; pour batter over fruit and mix.
Cook in pressure cooker for 1 hour at 10 pounds of pressure.
Take out of cooker and cook in oven for 30 minutes at 250\u00b0.
Can be baked in oven at 250\u00b0 until done, 3 to 4 hours, without pressure.
