Coconut Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. ice cream (any flavor)
    1 1/2 c. Baker's Angel Flake or premium shredded coconut, tinted or plain
    nuts, cracker crumbs, candy or chocolate (optional)
Preparation
    Scoop ice cream into balls.
    Roll in coconut.
    (Can roll in optional ingredients.)
    Serve immediately or place in shallow pan. Cover and store in freezer.
