Peanut Butter Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar (powdered)
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/2 c. water
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Boil sugar, syrup and water. Pour slowly into egg whites.
    Beat until stiff.
    Roll out on powdered sugar.
    Spread peanut butter and roll up into jelly roll. Let cool and cut as you would a jelly roll.
    Yields about 2 dozen.
