Cabbage Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. turkey burger or hamburger
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 large chopped onion
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 small can tomato paste
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
10 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation

Brown meat and onion; salt to taste.
Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients except for cabbage.
Mix well.
Stir in cabbage and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until cabbage is tender.
Even people who don't like cabbage love this dish.
