Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and salt; add melted butter and stir well.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Mix well and add buttermilk, vanilla and coconut. Mix well.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
