Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. milk
    6 slices cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until tender; drain well. Place in 11 x 14-inch baking dish. Blend flour and margarine in saucepan. Add milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
