Aunt Jean'S Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. large shrimp, shelled
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. raw rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. mace
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. heavy cream
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and place in a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, salad oil and melted butter.
    Cook rice and drain; refrigerate all.
