Ham-It-Up Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. (1 1/2 c.) cooked ham pieces
    1 can French onion soup with water to equal 2 c.
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 to 6 stuffed olives, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Saute ham in oil.
    Gradually stir in liquid.
    Add (uncooked) rice.
    Cover.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in parsley and olives.
