Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grease and flour tube pan and preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend eggs, oil and sugar until creamy.
    Add flour, a little at a time. Blend well.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Pour in tube pan and bake for 1 hour.
    Let cool in pan for about 30 minutes.
