Crunchy Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash in 3/4-inch cubes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. salt
    little black pepper
    1 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix or 1 1/2 to 2 c. seasoned cracker crumbs
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 small jar pimentos, drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; saute onion.
    Add squash and water. Cover and steam for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Add sugar, Accent, salt and pepper.
