Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples, peeled and diced (2 c.)
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to
350\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine and blend eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients.
Stir into egg mixture and mix well.
Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
