Oktoberfeast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sauerkraut
red cabbage, thinly sliced
green peppers, chopped
poppy seed
onion, chopped
barbecue sauce, sweetened with honey
whole wheat pita pockets
Preparation

Saute the chopped onion until tender.
Add 1/2 cup honey sweetened barbecue sauce to onion.
Add this sauce to contents in pita pockets.
Serve with lots of napkins!
