Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole potatoes (with skins)
    8 oz. Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 shakes nutmeg
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins until almost done. Rinse and let cool.
    Peel skins and grate them into a large bowl. In saucepan, add grated cheese, milk, whipping cream, dry mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Heat until cheese is melted. Pour mixture over potatoes and mix. Add a few butter pats and paprika.
    Let cool. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Cook approximately 1 hour at 300\u00b0 or until hot all through.
