Green Chile Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
    6 c. cooked long grain rice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cut the Monterey Jack cheese into 1/2-inch squares.
    Combine all remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly hot.
