Nacho Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 pkg. nacho dip mix
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    minced parsley to garnish
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except parsley and poppy seed.
    Chill until fairly firm.
    Shape into 1 large or 2 small logs.
    Roll in minced parsley and poppy seed to garnish.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Remove (log or logs) for about 20 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or cocktail bread.
