Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini

Preparation

Mix first six ingredients.
Add and mix next ingredients.
Add zucchini.
Place in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with 1 cup each chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
