Venison Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground venison
    3 cloves garlic/garlic powder
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 tsp. oregano flakes
    1 or 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    2 cans tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown meat in just enough oil to keep from sticking.
    Add garlic, onions, oregano and red pepper flakes.
    To this add 2 cans tomato sauce.
    Stir well and continue to cook.
    Add chili powder and kidney beans, undrained.
    Add 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin if desired. Simmer mixture, uncovered, adding small amounts of water if too thick; stir occasionally.
    Cook at least 2 hours.
